Take this soup if you have chronic fatigue:

 

Astragalus and Black Chicken

 

1 Black Chicken

10 Grams of Astragalus

10 Grams of Ginseng

10 Grams of Bai Zhu

 

Cut the chicken into big pieces, then put in boiling water for 1 minute.  Discard the water.   Wash the chicken pieces in clean cold water, then put them in a glass bowl with about 3 cups of water and add the herbs.  Put the whole container onto a steamer rack in a big pot, steam for about 2 hours.  Discard the herbs, eat the chicken and drink the broth.
